I'd like to examine his track that I have been fond of since I was just a kid, and maybe turn other people onto his music at the same time. Many big names in music have covered this song, including HIM, Parr, Three Days Grace, Il Divo, and even Corey Taylor from Stone Sour/Slipknot, and many others. It became #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 in January 1991, and also his first hit in his career.
It was a single in 1989 off the record "Heart Shaped World", but didn't become famous until the film "Wild At Heart" came out in 1990 where it was featured. This song was quite a hit when it hit the airwaves. He's been dubbed a "one hit wonder" for said song, even though he still currently makes music. The name Chris Isaak might not ring a bell to many people, but his song Wicked Game might.
